Please note, the following submission guidelines are in effect for all links submitted to the directory:

• Make your submission to the most relevant category.  If you would like to submit a new category for consideration, please use the Submit Category link.
• Individual pages of a site or sub domains are only accepted for Featured or Normal listings.
• Free Reciprocal Links must have the link back on the same domain within 2 clicks from the home page.
• Your site cannot be \"Under Construction\"
• Do not submit mirror sites that have same content, but different URLs.
• Your site cannot redirect the visitors to another site.
• Your submission MUST include a description.
• The submission must be in English.
• Submissions consisting mainly of affiliate links are not accepted.
• Submissions containing any adult materials, references, or links to such sites will not be included.
• Submissions containing gambling casinos and online games such as poker, bingo, roulette, bingo etc... will not not be accepted.
• Sites developed just for earning revenue from AdSense advertisements will not be included.
• Sites with poor design and with lot of advertisements in it, will not be accepted
• Submissions in Top Level Categories are allowed for Featured Listings only.
• We reserve the right to deny any listing for any reason.
• IF your site is rejected for violation of the guidelines there will be no refund. Please read all guidelines
• IF your site is rejected for any other reason there will be a full refund made within 72 hours.

Submission tips:

• Enter a title that relates to your website, business or services.
• You must include a description.  Websites without any description are generally rejected.  Description MUST be in English.
• Submit your site to the appropriate category.
• Validate your Email!  After submitting a site, we send an Email which includes a link to validate your Email address.  If you do not validate your address, your link submission is marked \"Unconfirmed\".  We rarely approve submissions that are \"unconfirmed\".  If our Email comes back as undeliverable, the site is rejected - use your REAL Email address.
• All sites are human verified.  Depending on the queue (how many are pending), most sites are approved within 24-hours.  Following our guidelines will help speed up your approval.

REFUND and CANCELLATION POLICY
Paid advertising and link submissions are active for one (1) year.  Once your payment has been processed, you may not cancel the listing for return of funds.  Link changes, due to error, may be requested by contacting us. 

Refunds will not be provided if your business closes or your website is not  accessible during this period.  Directory411 may occasionally be inaccessible due to maintenance, software upgrades or modifications.  We will make every effort to limit this downtime. 

We are not responsible for acts of God, forces of nature, or other unforseen occurances which result in Directory411 becoming temporarily unavailable.  In the unlikely event that Directory411 is taken offline permanently, refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis. 

REMOVAL OR ADDITIONS OF FEATURES
We are always looking for new ways to enhances the features of our directory.  As these features are added, you will be notified, by Email, of the details.  Any feature which is not used by the majority of our clients or no longer supported by the system, will be removed or replaced at our discretion.  We may occasionally poll our link advertisers for feedback regarding the features and enhancements of the directory.

Susmissions to inappropriate or unrelated categories will be removed.
We reserve the right to post, modify or delete any information submitted.
